Every buddy in No Regrets Chat is AI. Clear boundaries matter, especially when a conversation feels personal.

AI, not a person

Buddies are designed to have distinct voices and remember useful context, but they are not human. Responses are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate.

Not professional care

No Regrets Chat is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. It is not therapy, an emergency service, or a human monitoring service. Safety features may limit certain responses, but they cannot detect or prevent every harmful situation.

If you may be in immediate danger in the United States, call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988. If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency or crisis service.

Privacy starts with your choices

Conversations are stored to provide continuity. Avoid sharing information you would not want processed by an online service. Use the app’s export and deletion controls when you want a copy of your server-held account data or want to delete the account.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and older. If you believe a child has used it, contact privacy@noregretschat.com after that mailbox is confirmed live.
